A SITE  SEEKING FAIRNESS AND THE GOOD OF THE PUBLIC!

The object of this website is to kindly help restore justice for the public good within a system which although instituted for the public good and beginning with laws emphasizing FAIRNESS, somehow has gone quite overboard.  And may kindness, justice, and truth prevail!  A vital question regarding fair reward as copyright law is to provide.  Is ten thousand or a million dollars for ONE Click of the camera a fair reward as some have significant chance to attain through copyright gone overboard and endless copyright privileges?  Yes, repeatedly and endlessly selling the same photo or material at exorbitant prices can generate almost limitless income, and such at the extortion rather than good of the public.  And of greatest injustice those who already attained much more than fair reward, being empowered by copyright overboard may sue and additionally greatly charge those who innocently used the photo not knowing it was seriously copyrighted, nor knowing its exorbitant price.  And yes, seek to force their exorbitant charge on them as well.  And yes, the innocent charged as such although they might have been trusting law to be fair and in “fair use law”, a vital copyright liberty originally intended to assure the fairness and goodness of copyright.  And yes, because of this dreadfulness, honest and good people while doing their best to earn an honest living, and even those passionately seeking to bless humanity in a nonprofit manner, now end up crushed and must dread to go to their mailbox because copyright (gone far overboard) might be sending them a crushing letter demanding an excessive and painful sum for unintentionally using copyrighted material!  And this although most would gladly pay a fair reward when needed and truly applicable.  And yes, this overreach has too much become like legalized extortion or robbery grievously distressing the public, and which monetary tyranny frustrating thousands (powered by copyright overboard) needs to be firmly arrested and stopped, although with as much kindness as possible.  And even further, although excessive reward obviously could be attained by excessive charges in a few short years, copyright (gone overboard) somehow greatly expanded the unjust reward issue by extending what the USA constitution said should be a limited time for fair reward, to MUCH more than a lifetime and largely unending rights!  And herewith not only greatly expanding the problem of unfair charges and rewards, but just as well placing a permanent inconvenient lock on basically all our world’s literary creations, and this at the pain of the public and stemming from a law made for (and to be applied as for) the public good!  How ironic can things get?  And yes, may the victims hit the hardest by this injustice somehow find a refuge and who often dread going to their mailbox because an overboard hand of copyright may be reaching out to grab!  A most vital and popular book speaks of oppression making a wise man mad and may many such men arise to put a stop to this dreadful injustice in as kind a way as possible!  And I might also mention to maintain even a hint of fairness, if copyright holders have the unfair and unconstitutional privilege of unending rights and reward, the system and authors in gratefulness to such certainly should not excessively charge for each sale of material, and further because of having unending rights should provide an abundance of extra fair use liberties as the years roll by (as copyright law is to provide).  However, the very opposite has occurred with both fair use law sadly being complicated, confused, and minimized, and exorbitant charges being applied, and too often on the innocent!  COPYRIGHT regarding too many issues, simply has gone too far, and may many good people arise to stop this grievous unlawful injustice in as kind a manner as possible. 

Note, interestingly while writing the above I had a dream involving a rabid snapping turtle in a financial institution (bank).  In the dream I somehow caught the snapping turtle and held its mouth shut to prevent it from injuring, and then ended up casting it on the street intending and planning that drivers would run over it.  The bank aspect of the dream certainly points at money.   And the dream as a whole giving a quite ruff and vivid example of how the money snatching turtle of copyright overboard needs to be brought to an end under the wheels of honest and good drivers who care about justice and the public good.  

IT IS NOT SO EASY TO KNOW WHAT IS COPYRIGHTED  VERSUS NON-COPYRIGHTED

All should be aware that copyrighted photos can easily be placed on our world's many free to use photo sites (and be there for a short or lengthy time), and thus the copyrighted taken while understandably thought non-copyrighted.  Note, basically any mistaken or dishonest person can post any copyrighted image on free to use sites.  The fact that a copyrighted photo might have been acquired fully thinking it non-copyrighted, and considering there largely is no way anyone can prove otherwise, alone should halt the heinous snatching of exorbitant rewards without warning from the innocent.  Further what if someone seeking opportunity to enrich themselves through excessive charges on infringements would have a hidden party place their copyrighted material on free to use photo sites hoping to create infringements?  Fair warnings simply are a must.  Please ponder, if creators not only must fear being snapped without warning but also a snatch of a vicious sum if the copyrighted is mistakenly used, the vital assistance of using other’s works to create further works and all for the public good is sadly jeopardized and crushed, and this although many creators desire their creations to be freely used!  The dark and greedy arm of copyright overboard, pressing exorbitant charges without warning is a double injustice that needs halted!  Please read the below page for details and much more about copyright overboard.  And don't miss my personal experiences with copyright overboard after the page.

May Copyright Not Unfairly Crush Efforts Seeking To Alleviate Poverty And Suffering .

My copyright difficulty relates to a photo used on my LiftUpThePoor.com website.  A nonprofit website connected to years of pursuing better sanitation and soil for poor countries, a project on which I spent significant of my inheritance and began after Google advertised for ideas that would help the most people.  The photo of concern vividly showed the dreadful suffering I was seeking to alleviate.  Please be aware that I am quite certain I never in my life used an image marked copyrighted and rather passionately sought to refrain from any image that might instigate problems.  Herewith it also is written on all my sites if we have used any copyrighted material please contact and we will remove!  However, regarding this particular photo, unknown to me owners in some applications seemingly were charging the exorbitant price of $500.00 a year (and that with limited rights).  Therewith if only 20 organizations purchased, at that price within 10 years they already would have $100,000.00.  And with other terms and prices they offer for various applications of the photo (together with utilizing unending rights), they have the significant potential to attain a million dollars for one click of the camera.  And additionally, to further to multiply their unfair reward they without fair warning will seek to force related high high prices on those having no idea it was copyrighted, inasmuch as crushing those passionately seeking prevent dire suffering.  Note, the photo involved was of a poor child trying to awake its young and dying mother, and this vividly showing needless sickness and suffering as too often caused by pollution and which I was seeking to expose and prevent.  The photo can be seen here.  I have no idea where I got the photo but the photo when and where I got it had no marking of AP, or copyright or watermark (and it might be worthy to mention the photo I got was not of much better quality than a thumbnail).  And yes, I admit I was trusting law to be fair in what I considered a very worthy cause.   And herewith remember if creators without warning can be dreadfully charged for using material thought and trusted to be non-copyrighted, both creators and creations are heinously crippled, because all safety relating to using other’s creations to educate and assist humanity for the public good is trampled!

Spectrum, My Internet Provider Blocks Copyright Overboard

     My claimed infringement notice was first issued by PhotDefender (withholding their real name to prevent needless repercussions).  Thus I researched PhotDefender a bit and although I concluded it largely a legal and scam mix I felt the situation might become a problem if not dealt with.   Thus, I tried to kindly tell them of my non profit use of the image as well as point them to amazing miracles God sent my way in my life of passionately seeking heaven’s truth and the public good.  However, after several months they refused to back down and rather threatened of transferring my claimed infringement case to a law firm and threatened of greater charges than the $375.00 if I did not pay.  Although in the debate they did postpone the due date, at last on June 30, 2023 the payment was due.  However, when I went to pay (what I considered very unjust) to my surprise I discovered my popular internet provider Spectrum now had blocked their site as well as their payment page calling it a dangerous site.  And as I got no further communication at the time, I gratefully and fully thought this injustice had fallen apart!  However, too soon I got contacted again and when I told PhotDefender that Spectrum had blocked their site they nevertheless demanded the 375.00 and even that very day saying Spectrum was not doing me a favor blocking their payment portal, and in fear of greater charges and to make peace for some reason I went around Spectrum’s block and still tried to pay.  Yes, somehow the snapping turtle of copyright overboard with its threats had me in its clutches.  However, I am glad I did go around Spectrum to pay because then the most bizarre thing occurred.  Yes, when I went around Spectrum to pay, and clicked on their link to pay, I could not pay anyway because instead of a typical page for payment appearing, a screen popped up saying this site wants to make changes to your computer allow or not.  I have no idea how and why this happened but it did.  And absolutely I could not and would not allow such.  Therewith I lost all trust in PhotDefender and thereafter fully ignored their emails and which should be quite understandable.  I thank God, although too many lawyers and judges might not block copyright gone overboard as they ought, Spectrum at least sought to block its overreach.    

Copyright Overboard Although Blocked By Spectrum Now Wants Even More

    And continuing on with the story, on August 14 (interestingly the same day Trump and 18 others were harshly indicted) to my dismay I got a large envelope from the law firm SnapShot Associates (withholding their real name to prevent needless repercussions) taking up the case, as PhotDefender had warned previously.  I set it aside for some days not having the heart to open it.  And finally, when I did I found they now were asking $1,800.00 (although they in due time did agree to 1100.00).  And such although the charge before was $375.00 and which I had tried to pay and could not, although I went as far as to go around Spectrums block to pay the unjust charge.   And finally, although the money is difficult, what is far worse is the injustice and the fact that if copyright overboard, presented as a snapping turtle in my dream, is fed rather than restrained or arrested it may strike at me again, or who knows how and how many it will strike next as it seeks to snatch more exorbitant rewards.  Yes, sadly paining generous nonprofits as well as those seeking to make an honest living.  Note, I have a great abundance of nonprofit websites all pursuing the public good, heaven's vital truth, and balanced law as provides heaven's perfect liberty, which liberty is beautiful far beyond what religions have shown our world, and all this God has confirmed with a great abundance of stunning miracles which He sent my way.  And unfortunately many not understanding heaven's perfect law of liberty have became lawless and disregarded even laws as needed to protect citizens as they travel the crucial highway of life and needed to make the best of the journey.  Again regarding copyright overboard, a friend of mine recently hired a lawyer to help her deal with SnapShot Associates,  while therewith SnapShot now bargaining with her lawyer as I understood has sought to snatch more than $15,000.00.  And yes, I plead with the public to care about the victims of this lawless application of law, I certainly know a bit how it feels.  Yes, when a law instigated to be most fair and for the public good goes overboard so far and falls as low as to bitterly charge a copy business for innocently copying copyrighted material for a customer, and a law because of its many abuses becomes a fear and dread to commerce and the public, lawless application of law and corruption of law has reached a zenith.  And may the public herewith remember if copyright owners have the unfair and unconstitutional privilege of unending rights and reward, to prove at least some fairness thereabout, authors in gratefulness of perpetual rights should not excessively charge for each sale of material, and further because of unceasing rights should provide an abundance of extra fair use liberties as the years roll by (as copyright law is to provide).   However, the very opposite has occurred with both fair use law being complicated, confused, and minimized, and exorbitant charges being forced, and such even on the innocent!  And may the public also be aware that manners about copyright overboard have become as unjust as generous drivers while kindly droving many miles to alleviate the sick and suffering, without warning being fined an astonishingly large sum for speeding by policeman with authority to pocket some of the money.  And charged as such although they certainly wanted to keep the speed limit but could not find it.   When the foundational laws of fair warning, fair reward, and fair use are all broken most any tyrannical injustice can result!  

 I personally feel if copyright overboard cannot quit straining at gnats and swallowing camels (injustices as exposed here)  and refuses to turn from its stark injustices against the public as vividly exposed throughout this site they have much reason to fear a massive class action lawsuit against them.   And finally, although the snapping turtle of copyright overboard certainly needs brought to an end under the wheels of good and honest drivers as in the dream, may people relating to the dreadful snapping and snatching turtle be dealt with, as kindly as possible.

 I will agree to the sum $1100.00 which you have agreed to.  However, I kindly want to give you the opportunity to lower it, to make yourself appear a bit more fair and for your own benefit.  Please read the below to understand as I care about you and the public.  I have given my entire life for the public good and to prevent falsity, oppression, and suffering and therewith have started yet another website being www.CopyrightOverboard.com which vividly and strikingly exposes the injustices that copyright overboard has brought upon victims and the public.  FAIR REWARD, as copyright is to provide, should not demand thousands of dollars annually and endlessly for a click of the camera and at the cost of crushing innocent victims and obstructing the public good.  The pitiful frustrations and suffering brought upon many through copyright overboard lawlessly transgressing the laws of fair reward, fair warning, and fair use appears to greatly deserve a class action lawsuit against it.  While further it appears special legal legislation greatly needs improvised to stop copyright gone overboard.  Nevertheless, as said I will pay the $1100.00 if it cannot be lowered and such although my original charge at PhotDefender, your closely linked associate, was much less being $375.00 which charge I honestly sought to pay (although believing it unjust), but could not because the payment portal at PhotDefender was blocked by Spectrum and seemingly corrupted (as discovered after going around Spectrums block to pay).  And finally, as said at the beginning to make yourself appear more fair you may wish to lower your price, but the choice is yours and I will pay up to $1100.00 to bring a stop to this particular issue.  And herewith I cannot but hope my painful and bizarre experiences with copyright gone overboard and the vivid exposing of its charges and manners will instigate the legal actions needed to halt those manners and spare the many other crushed and suffering victims as well as restore for the public the rights it deserves according to original copyright law.  And kindly do realize I expect no other fees besides the price you set.

Please be aware the photo I got was of very low resolution, as well related to personal nonprofit website not corporation use.  And also please be aware there is a possibility I downloaded this photo (having no indication of copyright) from some copyright free site, it being wrongly uploaded there for a time.  And kindly also be aware how important fair warning, fair reward, and fair use all three are for justice and the public good.  This is a still a very crushing price making me feel I need to take down many of my non-profit sites, as one can readily think something free to use when copyrighted.  My sites are a life-time of non profit work.  The price already was difficult for me at PhotDefender.  Thank you kindly for your consideration. 

And Now a Short But Vital Related Warning to America

A most wise quote states that the law is good if used lawfully.  Therewith any law if not used lawfully readily becomes an infringer.   And much like copyright overboard becoming an infringer, so the woke and inclusion movements in America have also gone overboard and become infringers.  Laws relating to the ideals of the woke and inclusion crowd, while claiming to kindly include and prevent infringing have infringed on others by seeking to force others to honor and endorse manners they do not feel are good and healthy for society.  Herewith, kindly just ask any blood donor how much their blood is wanted and how healthy issues about LGBT are.  Nevertheless, the woke and inclusion crowd seem to be seeking to force all to be proud thereabout.  The inclusion movement in seeking to include anything and everything regardless how outlandish, and to prevent infringement on a minority appear to have sadly infringed on the majority.  And what matters much more than minorities or majorities is what is truly healthy, proper, and good for humanity and what truly creates a healthy society and secure and happy families, and makes the best of our long term journey through life.  And herewith God Himself vividly has shown the dire state of America under its present authority, an authority which is promoting manners as would almost make our country’s founders and upright people of the past turn in their graves.  And yes, God herewith in a most miraculous manner in 2019 showed the dire state of America through an image of an Eagle’s beak and head in a wolf’s mouth with a 21 nearby, and while it certainly is no secret what authority largely took over America in 2021.  Yes, what a vivid warning God provided for America in 2019 pointing at 2021.  And unfortunately, the dreadful effects of the wolf who is biting the eagle have been seen upon America since 2021.  And furthermore, believe it or not in 2021 on America’s very Independence Day (July 4th) God also seen fit I found a rock displaying a dragon or serpent hovering over an eagle’s beak.  Yes, on July 4th 2021 while walking by a beautiful stream I spotted a unique rock and upon close observation found it to clearly display a Dragon or serpent hovering over an Eagle’s beak (America).  America and our world greatly needs to know how clearly God portrayed the dark authority which took over America in 2021!  And may you the reader help that happen by sharing this very site.  And may all fervently call upon our God to spare America from the wolf and dragon seeking to overtake and devour the Eagle being America as well as other nations.  And please be aware God for some reason has sent a multitude of other miracles my way to encourage and teach as I passionately sought for heaven’s truth and the good of the public.

Present Needs

What I Need And Our World Needs Is Ethical Lawyer(s) Who Sincerely Care About Restoring Justice More Than Earning A Massive Income Working Or Possibly Toying With Injustice.  And My Desire And Prayer Is That Victims Bitterly Suffering From Copyright Gone Overboard Will Somehow Find Lawyers And Judges Who Care About The Dark Related Injustices This Website Exposes, And Who Will Help Victims Nicely Surmount Them!   

 Personally, I am surprised there has not been an uprising and a class action lawsuit instituted by united victims of copyright gone overboard against it.  

THE HELP I AM LOOKING FOR NOW

Firstly, I want to make sure the copyright charge against me is a legal charge rather than just a scam, although most unjust. Seeing related manners I almost fear to give them my credit card number or check account number.  I can provide the final PDF bill I was sent. 

Secondly, I want to learn how to best deal with this injustice in the future if it somehow strikes again.  I have come up with a plan which I think may be good.   The plan I am thinking of is given below after I give my reason for agreeing to pay $1100.00 in this incident.    

Reasons I agreed To Pay $1100.00 This Time

Below are given some reasons why I agreed to pay what I felt an unjust demand to those I felt disregarded the good intent of copyright law.  And even agreed to pay 3 times as much as the original charge against me which I had sincerely tried to pay but could not because their payment portal was both blocked and corrupted.  Note the above pages vividly expose the dire injustices of copyright overboard.  Admittedly I may have been crazy to agree to pay as this and hope I was, and certainly don’t want it to repeat.   But my reasons were. 

I was being warned or threatened of a much greater charge and wanted to lock in a price before that happened.

I knew of situations where copyright had done very unjust things.

I also hoped after a price was set, they then upon being informed of my new website www.CopyrightOverboard.com and my efforts to expose related injustices and help others troubled therewith as myself, would then agree to lower their price to make themselves look more fair and for their own good.

I also was hoping the large sum they demanded, in my most unique situation rather than benefiting them would end up as a vital witness against their manners.  

And lastly I did not have time to work with the situation as I wished to, because after requesting more time and therewith to find good and safe advice on the matter, I rather was told a law suit was imminent if I did not within days agree to pay much more than I felt proper.   

And kindly be aware I am not seeking to get out of paying this agreed amount this time, unless this is fully a scam or something fully equal thereto.  However, I want to be better prepared for any future events as this if unfortunately they occur, and I also wish to help others in my situation. 

MY PLAN OF REPLY FOR FUTURE EVENTS AS THIS

In reply to a request for such a large sum, for unknowingly and most unintentionally using a claimed to be copyrighted image, and even further for an image which somehow may at one time been on a free to use site I herewith answer.  I apologize for this incident, regardless that copyrighted images are often unmarked and can even end up on free to use sites.  And further please be aware all the images I use (on my websites) are for non profit educational purposes, for the vital public good.  A generous application which original copyright law likely would have granted fair use privileges, and while all my works are freely given to the public to benefit thereby.  Nevertheless, regardless of my works being freely created for the public good as well as my use being so congenial to fair use privileges and regardless of it being so possible for copyrighted images to be most unintentionally used, I still herewith offer to pay $200.00 for the image which is 200 times what I now normally pay for my purchased images, as well as have already removed the image.  And herewith if my removal of the photo and my offer for $200.00 is declined and rather proceedings are filed to charge more, please kindly be aware I now have records of offering 200 times what I pay other creators for excellent images and records I shared this very paragraph with you.  And given an offer far above what my part should be in providing fair reward to creators as original copyright law was designed to provide.  And regarding fair reward please do consider that it is quite possible the copyright owner has already received thousands of dollars for this photo, a click of a camera, and that beyond what he may still attain.  And please also be aware that the extortive manners of various creators and copyright gone overboard which sadly infringe on ethical and gracious creators, as well as the public good are clearly exposed at www.CopyrightOverboard.com, a site intended to bring aid to the many grievously frustrated and attacked by such.  Original copyright law being designed to provide FAIR REWARD and encourage creations for the public good and flaunting a fair use law to assure its goodness, certainly was not intended to oppositely authorize exorbitant charges on those who in their past unknowingly used a copyrighted image and thus crush ethical and gracious creators as well as vital creations intended for the public good!  And finally, if my offer for $200.00 is declined I may of necessity need to count all further communications seeking more as harassment and extortion as possibly punishable by law and ignore them.  I now await for your reply to this offer, and stand on the firm foundation that original copyright law most certainly was not intended to authorize extortive charges without warning and to condone manners as harass and crush ethical creators as well as the public good.
